Refer as many of each type of listed Health Care Professional to sign up with Care Alternatives. Both you and your referral will receive a $20 Amazon gift card once the referred Provider completes the registration process as a contractor with Care Alternatives and completes their first 20 hours of patient care with a satisfactory review from the patient.
No limit on Referrals = No limit on Earning Potential!
*A patient assignment is considered complete once the health care provider completes 20 hours of paid services with a satisfactory review from the patient.
